About the Conference
For years, i2i brought our community together to learn, connect, and shape the future of the work we do. Community Connections builds on that legacy with a new name and a renewed vision for what happens when our community comes together.
What began with i2i continues with Community Connections. While the name is changing, the relationships, ideas, and shared purpose that brings us together remain at the heart of the experience.
Join hundreds of leaders, innovators, advocates, and changemakers from behavioral health, I/DD, health care, Medicaid, public agencies, provider organizations, hospitals, local and state government, and integrated care partner systems.
Experience energizing workshops and conversations focused on integrated care, operations, policy, leadership, technology, and advocacy.

The 2027 convention will be located at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, NC
Located in Winston-Salem’s city center, the Benton Convention Center features 150,000 square feet of meeting space, and includes five multi-use ballrooms with well-appointed pre-function areas. It is an ideal location for our conference.
