Registration Fees and Information
Early Bird Registration will close at 11:59 p.m. EST on November 14, 2026. Regular Registration will close at 11:59 p.m. EST on January 4, 2027. Onsite registration will be available with a $50 surcharge.

The increase in registration fees this year supports the increased cost of conference technology and digital resources that have become a valued part of the participant experience, helping attendees stay informed, connected, and engaged.
Available Discounts:
- Individuals with lived experience, their family members or guardians, and full-time students receive a special discount of 50% off of registration fees – use code WINCON50
- Register 4 staff members for either the Full Conference or the Main Conference and the 5th staff member attends for free! Select the corresponding Buy 4, Get 1 Free group ticket for your preferred conference package during registration.
Refund Policy:
- A 50% refund is available for registration cancellations received on or before November 14, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 14. To receive a refund, please email your request to ncapchpconference2027@ccr-email.com by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 14, 2026.
Transfers:
- If a registered attendee is unable to attend, their registration is transferrable to a designated individual at no additional charge. Please note that the complimentary registration for one exhibit staff member to attend sessions is non-transferable.
- Please email your request for a registration transfer to ncapchpconference2027@ccr-email.com on or before 5:00 p.m. on January 5, 2027. Please type “Conference registration transfer request” in the email subject line and provide the full name, organization (if applicable), title, and email address of the designated individual. Please also provide any meal restriction information (e.g., vegetarian, food allergies). In the event of an unforeseen emergency, exceptions may be granted after the deadline at the discretion of the Conference organizers.
